Bad check in experience with a male staff on 13/2
Posted 23 Feb 2022 on HotelsOne male staff who served at front desk on 13th Feb afternoon was rude. Firstly he coldly asked us to fill in the declare form, however he didn’t guide us how and where to complete the form so both of us standing in front of him for 5 mins waiting for nothing. After completing the form he told us we were not able to check in as my address is on their covid list. Given that my building does not have any confirmed case, but still being rejected from the hotel. He then said they will refund the full amount to me (which I still cannot see it on my bank statement, not sure about the progress). To be honest I’m not quite happy with the policy of the hotel, however the attitude of the male staff is rude that makes me wonder whether they have provided any customer service training to their staff. I even asked the male staff if there’s any manager that I can talk to. He directly told me no. After a while I asked again, he just asked the female staff next to him to answer my questions, and he simply just walked away. I don’t see why hotel front desk staff can be that rude and giving such bad attitude to customers.

Underwhelming Stay

Overall is very good with nice price. I booked here because of the Netflix in room, but my room doesn’t have Netflix so I’m disappointed.
