I like the room as it was clean and cosy, with a nice study table. It’s just that my neighbour was abit noisy and if only the hotel guests can practise some courtesy. Maybe the hotel can put sign along corridor or inside room - not to talk so loudly as next door can hear and disturb my sleep. Thanks.

Dear sir
We have just completed a stay in the Dorsett hotel which is undergoing serious renovations disrupting the hotels safety.
This hotel should not be open whilst the renovations are ongoing. The corridors are Cotterell with cleaners equipment making it difficult to get past without injury.
There is only one elevator in reception most hotels of the size should have six. They are slow and inadequate and the queues to use them are huge making them unsafe and over burdened, when they finally arrive, which can be 30 minutes or longer.
This hotel is a fire hazard and needs to be closed until renovations are completed.

Good location in Mong Kok, short walk to Metro. Rooms clean, small but not unusual for HK.
Shower adjustor was broken, so no overhead showe, but lower shower worked. The air con was very noisy. Breakfast basic but nice.

I enjoyed my stay. Location is a short 8 min walk from Olympic MTR. Front desk staff were very helpful. They have a free shuttle that stops in four popular places near by for shopping and sight seeing.

Very good location. Short walk to Olympic MTR or even walkable to Mong Kok. Decided after the stay, this is a better location than a previous hotel we stayed and would book in the future too.

Lots of dining choices around the hotel. The room is nice and well designed. The two lifts cannot meet the demands during busy hours. I spent 20 mins waiting for the lift. Never try their shuttle bus as it is always full.

Tha hotel was good value compared to other options. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Would stay again.
