1st floor women’s washroom was terrible as the toilet was difficult to flush. Main lobby has very old and dirty furniture.
Breakfast selections were limited. Staff were super friendly. Shampoo and conditioner not usable. Slippers were poor condition

Great property, centrally located to all amenities, walking distance to the So Kon Po hotel, Time Square, Tram & causeway bay & wan Chai train stations. Staff are great and very hospitable to our needs. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rather expensive bar.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Everyone is helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here as a former resident of Hong Kong.

I was looking forward to a cityview from my window but was shocked to see a massive cemetery. It was a creepy view.

First they don't give me the type room I booked. They down grades my room. Until I got back down customer service complaints.
