All the staff at the hotel were very helpful.
Especially Mr. Steven, who was caring, kind, and helpful in answering any questions I had.
It made my first trip to Korea a good experience.
I would stay at this hotel again next time.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff, well equipped gym, great views, and easy to access location. I will definitely book another room here in the future!

Hotel is situated in an excellent area. All staff are soooo wonderful and knowledgeable
Btw, what is VIP access, did not experience it.

Réception and concierge are very nice, friendly and useful. Very good hotel well located. Only down side is the restaurant, poor quality of breakfast, pastry are not up to the level of this hotel. An effort is needed on the F&B quality including staff friendlyness

Hotel was under construction and very loud noise and vibration by construction two days in a row

Stayed over Christmas and views of the Plaza covered in snow were wonderful. Hotel was lovely and room was well appointed, although a little disappointed there was no coffee machine. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and definately good value. Very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and helped with luggage as soon as we stepped up to the hotel. Housekeeping could be called to clean your room up until 8pm. Centrally located and subway access under the hotel made it convenient for travel.
