"Room is spacious "

"This resort has fantastic staff. Their best asset! The manager ( having met him, not interested in guests) needs to make an effort at cleaning up all the debris in the water. It is an eco resort but there is no evidence that they are doing anything to clean the water. It is a Malaysian issue but the resort needs to make an effort. I would not snorkel in the sea of waste!Make an effort!…not even a garbage can or a staff member assigned to clean up! "

"We made two separate visits within the same week. Welcome was very different. First time no welcome porters and we carried own luggage in and up to our room. Receptionists were more formal and treated it more like a business. Second we had a great experience- were greeted by porters who carried bags in and took up to our rooms. Reception gave a very warm greeting and very chatty. Breakfast was great with wide selection of food. Pool was nice and clean with few people using it. We couldn’t find anyone to get towels from though. Hotel was clean throughout. Rooms were nice and big. Our request for maintenance was met within a few minutes and simple problem solved. Great location for the mall which you could access straight from the hotel. "

"The property has a beautiful setting with the sea and a primary forest as its backdrop. The hotel excursions are excellent with an added inspiration on marine and forest conservation. Coral garden snorkelling and forest trekking are highly recommended. The staff are all genuinely kind and attentive. A very good resort."
