"Extra clean and very good location"

"This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Japan, loved the neighborhood so much and the hotel staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. "

"We stayed for 5 nights as our first stop in Japan and it was a great way to start our holiday. The hotel is located on the top 3 floors of the Rakuten building so when you enter you take the elevator to the 30th floor for reception. The hotel location is extremely convenient - 5 minutes from the train station and a giant shopping centre (with the most incredible gourmet food on the basement floor). The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English so communication was easy or we just used Google Translate to communicate our requests. The hotel also has a complimentary public bath with segregated rooms for men and women. The baths were nicely designed and very clean, definitely recommend taking advantage of this feature of the hotel. Our favourite part was definitely the view from our room. A few additional details: - there was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee, however this did not affect our comfort at all as there are so many convenience stores around if you want a drink either early in the morning or late at night - the room comes with 2 pillows only. We asked reception for extra pillows and an extra blanket and they promptly brought them down - no iron in the room but we asked reception and they brought us an iron and ironing board - there is a currency exchange machine at reception as well. The exchange rate is better than you would get at the airport."

"Its directly next to Fussa Station but we didnt experience any noise from the trains. Theres several shops and restaurants and numerous bars close by. The main gate of Yokota airbase is about a 15 minute walk and all flat ground. The rooms are fairly spacious for a Japanese hotel. The staff spoke english and check in was via a kiosk ojly down side is 4pm check in time Other than that its a great place to stay near Yokota airbase"

"Clean hotel with basic amenities.Staff is friendly and helpful. Located in an interesting residential area with several walkable dining options. Convenience store close by.Close to Hatagaya train station which is a short two stops ride from Shinjuku station via the KO New Line. Breakfast is minimalist with toast,coffee and daily soup available during our stay.Room was larger than another Tokyo hotel we stayed at but would be considered small by North America standards. We enjoyed our stay.No regrets booking here."
