Plenty of rooms away from U.S. #69 so it's quiet! Very friendly owners/managers. Was a great "date/night" while we watched Iowa Womens' BB!

The person at the desk barely speaks english, almost incoherent, and almost all of the outlets were broken including the lams by the bed.

But our all outlets are working in room but all the top outlets are connect with the switch in the room next to light switch if you turned off that it won't work. Convenient when you visit the Winnebago factory since it is in walking distance.

It was a place to stay and met the essentials. Breakfast was the same with some variety to pick from.

Quiet, easy to get a room and wasn't bothered. In a small town in rural Iowa, it's what you'd expect. Friendly but not many amenities.

Everyone was extremely nice and attentive! The mattress on our bed was super comfortable. Would recommend if you’re in Forest City, Iowa
