" We love this property and stay here about 4 times a year. We have noticed that the pool steps need some maintance because some of the tiles have come off and tile around the inside of the pool needs cleaning. Other than this everything is excellent. Rooms are very nice, clean, and rooms cleaned every day or every other day.The staff is always happy to help you ."

"The staff here is fantastic! From the valet crew, to the bell desk team, the front desk staff and housekeeping. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is great. The rooms are well appointed. The restaurants are great and having a music venue on property was a nice treat! Will definitely be back!"

"Came here for a wedding and decided to stay some days. Unfortunately I was a victim of domestic abuse & was assaulted .The staff was beyond exceptional & moved me into another room and helped me with my belongings. The security team came up to gather a report and make sure I was okay. I did not press charges but was presented the option. I will never forget how attentive and understanding everyone was. I want to thank John who is the angel that answered and sent me help. Joan was also so helpful as this person charged alcohol & food to my account without permission. The hotel kindly removed these charges. I hope to return to this amazing hotel."

"Rooms are clean and well furnished, staff are excellent, breakfast is good but pool and breakfast area as well as lobby area are not that great! Renovations are needed. Hotel is dated for sure."
