An AWFUL two nights we stayed. My boyfriend and I live in Bohol (neighboring small island), and came for a “date” weekend to do some shopping and have a nice dinner. I have stayed here before and always found it adequate for PH. There was no hot water the entire time, and we told them about it twice, but they never did anything about it. There was also ZERO WiFi in the suite. And, yes, I booked the “nicest” suite they had for the weekend. Lastly, our ferry did not get in until near midnight, so we checked in very late. They called our room at 9am and woke us up to tell us that the breakfast would be ending soon. While in theory this is nice, the staff has no way of knowing our sleep schedule, and I was very irritated that they woke us up. I will not be staying again.

Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Beds are hard as rocks. Staff was amazing though. Food was okay. You get what you pay for. Location was not the best but close to the walking street.

Expedia it is your fault never truely described the surrounding. And never have the actual latest building exterior photo glass panels. Timber steps on roof top almost giving way. Expedia your selection of hotels to customer is terrible😤😡

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, it’s busy and loud with lots of things happening. It was too crowded to take our infant son out to explore at night. We opted for to eat at the hotel.

Great location. Right next to night market and all major stores and restaurants. Accommodating staff. Easy check-in/out process.
