"When booking online or if even over the phone they should make known that their is no parking at that location and you have to park at the Radisson across the street. But other then that it was very good and the young lady who checked me in was fantastic. And helped me with my parking problem lol. I wish i got her name but i didn't, she was so sweet helping a flustered old man 😂"

"When I got there front desk would refuse to check me in a few hours early even though there was a “early check in” option, ok fine. The worst part was knowing I was staying 2 nights in the hotel and on night 1 my key card didn’t work anymore. I go down to ask why and in the system I was “checked out early”. Which was not true, a complete nightmare. Never again. Never ever ever again."
