"Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases. Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now. Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work . "

"The best hotel in Labuan. We've been staying there since 2014 everytime going to Labuan. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is also clean and have warmer. My kids love to swim there. "

"Hotel Staff was very courteous and provided excellent service most of the time. There were some occurrences during lunch when staff appeared overwhelmed. Room was kept clean and was serviced regularly. nice room accommodations. Internet however did have some problems, especially in the rooms, making work somewhat challenging on occasions. pool was a nice change, however, would recommend trying to keep this open later on certain days. 7PM seems extremely early for the area, especially on weekends."
