I think this is one of thy best locations to stay at, if visiting Davao. You are conveniently located adjacent to a large and modern shopping mall, saving you so much money vs using Grab. You are in the heart of the city with proximity to access anything you need. It's really epic.

My stay at Seda Hotel was okay. I liked the proximity of the hotel to the mall. There's a few red in the area.
The hotel is a little old. But all the staff are super friendly and helpful.
My family enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

The property is ver accessible to most necessities like shopping and transportation. I would like to suggest for additional chair (i know we can ask) and a small coffee table. But overall i did enjoy my 2 week stay in the hotel.

Great that this hotel is just next to Abreeza mall which make the stay a lot better. Generally the hotel is pretty except for the long waiting time at the hotel.

We love the location of the hotel and it has good buffet breakfast , the staff are wonderful as are the public areas .
The rooms are definitely looking a little tired and could use a refresh
