Good for Coron on a budget
The choices in Coron are very limited and many of the places we looked at had terrible reviews. This place was nice comparatively. The room was big, had great AC and hot water in the shower. The room itself was a little outdated but that’s not really much of an issue. They do offer breakfast for purchase, it worked in a pinch but nothing to go out of your way for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the WiFi was actually really great which is a huge plus in the Philippines! Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay!

The Staff are great. Location is great, it's center of the town property. Need to upgrade the amenities, Tv bad reception has blurry screen. The restroom has foul odor, spread all over the room.

For the price, it was great!
For the price compared to what other people were paying. (people I met on this trip) I got the best deal by far. The area is in the heart of all the activity. Only problem is... If you need to relax, this is not the place. The road outside is noisy and has a lot of activity. The employees were very helpful and nice. Spoke great English. Was warned that there may be brown outs. Internet very slow in while area. Air con leaked water into room. Bed was comfy and clean sheets. Place is right around the corner fro.. Alcrove pizza & Dali Dali Korean food. Also walking distance to the pier and shopping bazaar by the church. Area amazing but not a place to "get away and relax" as locals would boom their music at 2am on the street driving by as if it were a concert. Room felt secure. But no safe in room. Good place to stay if you will be out a lot. After hearing horror stories from people I met at other surrounding places, they spent $3-8 less per night night on a room. Mine was much better as it had AC and no mosquitos in room. Worth paying the extra few bucks. Near alot of restaurants. Would stay here again. Breakfast better to get somewhere on the street. Amazing bakery outside hotel. This place also had a van waiting for me once I landed (which I did not expect) ride only cost 150 pesos from airport to hotel. Pix are of surrounding area.

The place was okay, the air condition was not cool. I stayed for 5 days but they never clean the room or empty the garbage can. I asked the cleaning lady to clean my room but she only make up the bed.

Ideal location and good value.
Ideal location. You can do your own walking tour from here.Other sites are a tricycle ride away. The room that we had was just right for 3 people to sleep in and take a shower after walking around town. The staff were friendly and accommodating. You can pre order breakfast the day before and pay for it when you check out. I particularly liked the skinless longganisa with garlic fried rice, fried egg and pickled papaya. They have 3 in 1 instant coffee. They can arrange your ride to and from the airport, just pay the fare. Good value for the money if you need a place to sleep and rest after your tours

Had high ratings but the stay was just ok. No specific instructions when we arrived about breakfast options. When I asked for breakfast, I was told that I needed to order the day before and that I couldn’t order anything for that day. I explained that no one told me that when I checked in.

It’s okay
Good location I suppose and staff were friendly however the cleanliness especially in the bathroom needs improvement especially if you are taking alot of tourists. Although staff were friendly, professionalism needs improvement as well as they make more noise in the morning than any other guests.

Best value for money guesthouse in Coron
This is the best value for money guesthouse in Coron! We stayed for 10 nights and I spoke with people in nearly a dozen other accommodation options in the price range (from 1000-2000 pesos a night) and you could not get a better deal anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner works insanely well, and the shower heater was never an issue (though they have rooms with only cold shower so be sure to book accordingly). The room, common areas, etc were SPOTLESSLY clean, it is cleaner than a 4-5 star hotel. The ONLY time I saw an ant or bug in our room is when I spilled a sugary dessert in the trashcan, other than that no issues. The workers are INCREDIBLE, someone is awake and willing to help at nearly all hours of the day and night. Very friendly, helped us with issues that had nothing to do with the hotel, airport transfers, etc. The breakfast is basic but good and for 100 pesos it's worth the money. The common areas provide a nice view and the ambiance of the place is really shockingly good! The pictures of the hotel do not do it justice, it's much nicer than it looks!
