budget friendly hostel
The hostel ambiance is quite good for its price. We are just unfortunate that we had an early booking for a room good for 6 but they gave us a room for 8persons. Since we are just a group of 5, so they still offer the room for other travellers which lost the privacy that we are aiming for. Although, the staff are very accommodating in extending our stay because of some delays brought by typhoon. Overall, I will still recommend this hostel.

When you say unlimited WIFI, make it unlimited access to all guests, DO NOT TURN IT OFF. I was working to book my flight and in the middle of the process, WIFI was turned Off.

Great hostel because it's right outside the main street where activities happen. It's so accessible and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and I want to come back. The staff were very friendly and nice, also very accomodating. Great hostel too because I was able to make friends through their common room where guests could hang out and mingle. Excited to be back soon! Only thing to complain about would be the pillows. They were too round and bulky that it wasn't too comfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great!

We stayed for 4 nights, the hostel is OK. It’s still being renovated and so there’s still some work happening. The rooms are OK, good air conditioning. The bathrooms are very basic, cold water (as is the case with all of the Philippines) and no seperate toilets so you may wait a while. The free breakfast is good, they have a microwave and water (hot and cold) that you can use all day for free. The atmosphere is good, we met lots of people in the TV room. The location is good. We booked a boat trip through the hostel and enjoyed it, the food was good.
