When we booked our stay, the host Tricia responded right away and gave us great directions in order to find it. She met us when we arrived and showed us around explaining what in the fridge was for guests to make their own breakfast. The room was clean but the beds were a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was a large open shower that became slippery.

The property catered for us perfectly. It was the perfect location for us. Room was clean and large. Maybe a little TLC was needed inside but it was fine. The communal kitchen / dining area was very nice and a lovely area to be in. The only strange thing was the DIY breakfast. All the food was provided, but having to cook it yourself felt a little weird. Another guest thought my wife was going to cook for them! Took me a while to work out the oven / grill settings and was running low on milk at one point. Tricia, the lady taking care of the establishment was lovely, and very friendly. McDonalds close by was useful also if you're staying with children.

On arrival we felt very welcomed by Tricia, we were impressed with suite we had, especially the spa bath. We decided to stay an additional night due to comfort and hospitality. Is within easy reach of Cork by car, Arranging the second night was easy and we felt at home in the common areas. Would highly recommend. Thanks Trish for making us feel so welcome and comfortable

It was very clean. The Motorway is next to the hotel, very loud and a no go for me, the bathroom was at the other end of the corridor, we have the own key, don‘t share, but i don‘t like it
