"There were 4 of us, two senior couples. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The night manager Darren was waiting to greet us and facilitate the check in for us. He was very kind and helpful. Our luggage arrived speedily to our rooms. The rooms were on the 33 floor and we're lovely. The next day and thereafter Alan the Bell Manager was very helpful with directions and booking transportation to our cruise ship. We were easily able to walk to the Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling and to the Big Bus which is the Hop On Hop Off bus. The Stamford Brasserie and the Skai Bar on the 70th were very good. We enjoyed the pool as well. We were so glad we chose the Swisshotel. "

"Staff allowed us to get early check in after long flight. Room is clean and being tidy up in evening. Room service also available for 24 hours. Perfect staying for us. Would love to stay again in future. Oh yeah, door man at Fairmont is very friendly and funny too. "

"Excellent service and facilities. The loft looks cool but isn’t as comfortable as their other rooms, so I wouldn’t consider it an upgrade. I’d recommend the other rooms. It’s still good though. Unfortunately, the fridge was weak. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! Location is amazing."

"conveniently located in City so easy to go all attractions by public transport and taxi. We were lucky to have nice Marina bay view and Singapore skyline from our room. Only issue we had is not enough choice for Vegan/Vegetarian food in buffet and on menu."
