"The staff are friendly and smiley, ready to accomodate, serve, and provide a pleasant stay at this hotel. Great value! The room was very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. It was quiet and lots of parking is available. They take great care of the exterior and the housekeeping service was excellent. There is on-site washer/dryer that takes quarters ($1.50 per wash or dry). Plan to stay here anytime i visit College Station again."

"This motel was extremely close to John E. Hejl disc golf course at Davidson Creek which made it very convenient for my weekend disc golf tournament run by Armory Disc Golf from College Station. The room I got was nicely remodeled as shown in the Expedia pictures. The only thing they could do to improve is repaint a bit. The bed was comfortable and the nose from outside wasn't bad even being on a major intersection. Guru at the front desk was a ball golf fan, so we enjoyed chatting for a bit...

hotel by any means but a PERFECT budget-friendly family hotel. The complimentary breakfast has plenty of choices, all served at the right temp. Staff is constantly cleaning the hotel and in the breakfast area. The pool was super - small but more than enough for us to enjoy a dip. We plan to go back! "

"Absolutely amazing stay at The George! This unique, posh hotel just feels special. So many cute, small details! The employees were all friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was perfect. The surrounding area has many restaurants and upscale shopping. Shuffle board table in the lobby bar and outdoor pool were great additions. I can’t recommend this property enough, I wish there was one in every city!"
