Not the best experience

1. They couldn’t find my booking for 30 minutes
2. The bathroom was leaking water all over the floor
3. There was a construction going on and was noisy even they changed room but wasn’t the best time

A little gem in Chongqing
Posted 13 Dec 2019 on HotelsI really enjoyed stay at Somerset Jiefangbei. This hotel is centrally located in Yuzhong district, walking distance to many tourists attractions. The apartments are well equipped with all the necessary appliances to be self sufficient, and very clean as well. Every staff member I had dealings with was help and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very clean with a good view. The hotel has very nice customer service. Good breakfast. Great location, very close to the subway and shopping center. We will come back again.
