"An excellent team of staff. Nothing too much trouble and they all seemed to be happy in their work. It really does make a difference. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel could do with a lift but because it is a listed building that’s not possible. Would recommend the hotel and we will visit again."

"Besides arriving late to a very hot room, followed by our daughter getting locked in our bathroom, this hotel is exceptional. Our son had to sleep on an unfortunately hard pull out couch but our main bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than anticipated . The staff were all sweet and helpful, providing fast and amazing service. We only stayed overnight but would definitely come back to experience the spa and golf."

"Staff were lovely. Breakfast good -check the additional menu which you can order extras other than food on hot plate.Doublr room was big and clean - comfortable. One nights. There were many birds squawking outside which interrupted sleep. I booked Asda parking - £10 for 2 whole days as hotel 10 per night was first come first served which would have been a concern. Recommend."

"Perfect for its closeness to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and town centre. Good swimming pool. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Very comfortable hotel and helpful staff."

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
