We wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool was under maintenance. We entered the elevator to get to our room and it was filthy: food, dirt and who knows what else! Our bathroom had no washcloths or hand towels. The front panel of the vanity was off and leaning against the bathroom wall exposing the pipes under the sink. The toilet paper holder was installed backwards so every time the toilet paper was used the roll fell on the floor. The shower curtain was too short which caused the floor to flood when you took a shower. The tub plug leaked and I had to keep running the water to keep the tub filled with water. I had to go under the vanity to retrieve a bath toy and found a panty liner wrapped in toilet paper that was obviously there from previous guests - disgusting! The sofa bed was like sleeping on springs and there was debri and crumbs under the sofa. There was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed.
I believe only one ice machine in the hotel worked. The laundry area also had out of order on machines. Fixing and maintaining equipment did not seem to be a priority.
Staff were unwelcoming and seemed put off when asked for items that should have been supplied before our arrival.
Terrible stay and we will not return.
