Rooms are very small for North American standards. Beds are very comfortable and the room have nice amenities. Large TV but only 1 English Channel. No problem mirroring from other device. 2 twin bed units are larger s.f. Id recommend those rooms for a couple. Hotel is within a few meters to train stations.

Pro: Immediately to the left of Keisei Narita stn east exit. Convenient. Lots of food options. Walking distance to Otemosando st, shrine and park. Con: Small rooms as expected. No AC in April, only heating. Was very hot, had to keep window open but it was raining and thus making our room very humid. False advertising of there being a sauna. There is only public bath no sauna.
