"What an amazing hotel, we felt like royalty as soon as we walked in. The staff is very observant, kind and helpful. Check in and out was easy and quick. The room was clean and very big. They stocked it well with everything you would need. The restaurant and cafe are delish. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Kyoto. It is about a 11 minute walk to the train station but they always have taxis waiting to take you anywhere you may need or they’ll call a taxi for you if needed. Great service, good food and amazing hotel. "
