Enjoyed my stay. Staff very friendly. Love the towels. So, nice to just walk out and taxi standing by ready to go.

Totally unorganized .. checkin 3 pm no checkin til after 5 . Sad ... needs renovating

The worst experience in my over 1000 hotel stays As a travel affiando n travel agency owner Got so ill From there food they offered zero compensation or help I was violently ill and had to use towels just to get from the bed to the toilet and they wanted to charge me for cleaning and then they racked my credit card for an up charge on a room because the showerhead was only 4 feet high in a bathtub and when they moved me to a room where I could actually get wash my hair they charged me said it was gonna be a minimal charge and the minimal charge they put on my bill was $250 a day Absolutely the worst experience in my 35 years the pool you can’t swim in they’re too little children’s pools and they charge me for the meal that made me sick. I’ve been sick for six days ruined my trip to the Philippines going to Bohol Bellevue hotel where I received the best staff service n care of all including 5 star
