We had a wonderful time at verbena hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast they served every morning. The only thing I can suggest is to add another mirror outside so that we have something to use when somebody is using the bathroom where the mirror is installed.

All the staff I came in contact with were extremely helpful and pleasant. My room was clean, but here in the Philippines you have to be used to bathing with less than hot water at times. Would like to see them put microwaves in the rooms, but his is not normal here.

Smell
Posted 7 Aug 2018 on OrbitzStaff is accomodating.... from front desk to security... but the hotel has this “ smell”.. i cannot explain... “‘menthol smell” it made my stay uncomfortable that I had to move to a different hotel
after 3 days

Room was cockroach infested
Posted 28 Jan 2016We have to transfer rooms 3 times because all of the rooms that we get transferred has cockroach and room smells mold. My wife got bit by cockroach we she woke up next day.

very bad hotel...
Posted 18 Apr 2015Our stay was very disappointing. D staff has very bad customer service...i suggest dey shud undergo customer servce trainng program. d rums n toilets r not n gud condition anymor. I dont kno hw dey pass d sanitary inspection.
