I wasn't fond of a feature that seems to be non-existent in Philipine accommodations, namely the lack of amenities for the disabled. This was shown as I slipped in the shower in our first room. Fortunately there waer no serious injuries. After reporting the incident, I was immediately seen by the hotel nurse and we were transferred to another room with the safety features that were missing in the first room. The rest of our visit was much better even though the only English language entertainment on the TV was HBO, limiting our viewing enjoyment.

The front dest staff was really helpful. Specially when I arrived early. They did try to check me in as early as possible.

Nice property excellent staff service and easy walk to large mall with all you need. Bed very comfotable and bed spread outstanding. Liked if need very nice buffett all three meals.

Fantastic staff helped make for a great stay. We highly recommend this hotel for those wanting convenient access to Ayala Center.

Very nice hotel very nice staff did see few roaches crawling around needs sprayed and you can’t walk outside without homeless trying to get money gets a little annoying

Got in one of there yellow cabs. To go to airport. Running tight on time. It stunk so bad by time I arrive open the door and vomit. Screen your cabs a-ho

It was clean and the were really good especially when we had breakfast the staff were there ready to help.
