Not value for money
Posted 4 Jan 2024 on HotelsTo begin with, what is the point of adding the “spa” at the end if there is no spa available.
Paying a premium for this is not worth it. Unable to use the spa for treatments/jacuzzy was such a disappointment.
Furthermore, not all the restaurants advertised were open…
Phone lines were down the whole stay. We had to literally walk to reception each time we wanted to request anything to eat or drink.
