Nice staff but need more TLC

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Ample parking in the area.
Community area was nice, great pantry and common living area to mingle and laugh.
Rooms are ermmm... pathetic looking.
Sandy bedsheets, dusty floors and the toilet definitely need some major overhaul.
The towels are probably older than me, yellowish, thin and rough. gonna give good eco points for that.
The wall sockets are located on weird places.
Gets quite noisy at night with the traffic passing below and the chickens howling in the morning.
Need earplugs
