"Cynthia and the rest of the staff were very professional, polite, and treated me like family! I’ve never had any issues when I stay there, this is why I continue to stay there. It’s very rare to have a perfect check in and check out! Have to give a shout out to the valet guys, they’re also very polite, & professional! "

"The only thing that I was not happy with is that you have to pay for parking. I know they dont pay state taxes so they have to get more money somewhere. and there were no ice machines The hotel is very clean and smells amazing"

"This is our second stay and it won’t be our last. The hotel is in a prime location to walk everywhere. The last pool area is nice and right across the street from the beach. The rooms are large and we personally love the intercoastal rooms to sit on the balcony at night and watch the night life. Highly recommend."

"From the moment we arrived we were treated well and given great instructions- there is so much offered daily! Cookouts and children’s activities- DJ/music at the pool- water slides and floating obstacle course- delicious food & drink options- multiple pools and facilities. Our room was comfortable and spacious- had all we needed. Beds were comfortable for sleep. Only negatives would be the construction nearby and thin walls so we heard our neighbors but that was solved w the TV sound on! Very family friendly- all around it was a great stay! "
