Looks good on pictures, but the building is really out of shapes and not maintain. My door was broken, they sent a young man to fix it, and he couldn’t, did the spider man moved climbed on the other side of the neighboring room, unsuccessful. He finally called his boss and they yanked the whole door, a piece came off and they just brushed it off like it was nothing. The tower were raggedy, old and almost fallen apiart. The only thing that saves this place is the swimming pool and it’s beach. Will never come back, was really disappointed at the experience.

Room floor is always wet due to condensation and air conditioning. Shower drains are clogged. There was no hot shower last night.

Terrible experience , everyday we need to call maintenance person to open our front door because it was broken it was very inconvenient
