The hotel is easy on the wallet and near attractions such as the Grand Batam Mall and Pasar Penuin Wet Market. The hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful especially Adelina who left us with a deep impression of her service-orientedness.

Hotel staff, from bellboy to reception to cleaners, were all very polite and friendly. My standard room has a aircon that was cold and shower head was strong. (both good) But after shower, it will caused a mini flood as there was only a half glass screen. Hotel is very close to Grand Batam Mall, 3 mins walk. As my stay was during CNY, the breakfast was abit of nightmare, hard to get a seat otherwise all good. Overall still recommended.

Room and toilets looks old. Shower towel has a funky smell.

The hotel is located in the central of Batam. Shopping, dining can be accessed via walking. Hotel staffs were very polite and room itself was clean too. Breakfast overall for myself was quite satisfying. Strongly recommended to stay here if you come to Batam for Holidays.

This is our second stay at this hotel, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful because I got some issues with my leg.
