Service is exceptional especially Ms Prissy. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is delicious. It’s one of the nicest hotel in Bangkok.

I would without a doubt say that Sivatel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty like friends like family. The whole hotel is fantastic, it is clear, bright and welcoming. All the staff all all levels are so polite and kind. I would like to give special thanks to both Ms Prissana Tedsomboon who gave us so much help with trips and taxis and also Jake who looked after us at breakfast and when we dinned in your restaurant. We will come back hopefully next year.
Rooms are outstanding. Cleaned daily and are spotless.
Perfect Beds, pillow and bedding
Very good range of food and drinks. Really loved we can get eggs to order.
We only dined once in the hotel restaurant but what we eat was outstanding. Fully of favour and looked great. Service was outstanding too.
Hotel location is perfect. 2 min walk to Phloen Chit BTS. From here you are 3 stops away from the massive shopping centre MBK. 1 stop to Nana and 2 to Ashok. There is the great shopping and food court and the bottom of the street 2 min walk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sivatel Bangkok during my visit to Bangkok, Thailand, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Bangkok offered easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. The rooms were elegantly appointed, offering stunning views of the city skyline, and provided a comfortable and luxurious retreat after a day of exploring. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
