My stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting approximately from everything. One downside is breakfast ends at 10:30 which is normal. I got there at 10:10-10:15 and one of the staff did not like it and mentioned that it is now 10:30 which was not and even if, I already came before.

Only one I did not give you good score. Terrible room dining food. I ordered Japanese breakfast. Always not available. Should be improved dining quality.

The washing machine washer dryer would not work. They had to replace it with another one that also didn’t work properly. You called it a washer dryer, but we had to dry her clothes in the lanai. One of the lights is burned out in the dining room. The cold water faucet in the bathroom would not work so that had to be replaced. I expected a lot better from Emporium. However, you were quick to address all of his problems and I appreciate that in your room please are very first rate.

ホテルとしては最高ですが食器が何もなかった。 有ったのは大きなタンブラーが2つだけ。 簡易キッチンは何も使いようが無かった。 但し、ほかの部屋はどうなっているのか分かりません。

Lovely staff, receptionists who checked us in and out couldn't do enough - we enjoyed an upgrade to our apartment plus late check out. Beautiful large apartment with stunning views. Nice breakfast too, loads of options. We will return

Very convenient location, hotel is close to BTS and shopping mall. The room is large and clean, though a little old. Staff is friendly.
