Great facilities and rooms, however there are lots of roof leaks and run down parts that need need fixing up.

Bedroom needed a refurbishment and sold as lagoon view whereas you could barely see the lagoon

There were many Mosquitoes in and outside the property, can not practically open the door for more than 30 seconds. With than many mosquitoes very hard to rest overnight. Day one it has plenty of sand on the floor, should have been cleaned properly from previous guest.

I didn't like how there was limited signage as so many wings. Would suggest more or colour coding the wings. Limited car parking. Very clean, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
