Lovely hotel with excellent food
Delightful stay at Tosco Romagnolo, staff were great and food at both restaurants was excellent. Only downside was the room which seemed quite dated and in particular the bathroom was not up to scratch, but was very clean.

I’m really disappointed with Expedia. You reserved with Expedia because you thing that you are going to get what you were offered. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. 2 MAYBE.

Clean and comfortable
The first room I was offered was dark and somber and the wifi signal was not strong enough. However, the hotel changed my room to a brighter room with good wifi signal and I was very satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located with parking and access to the thermal baths and town center. The complimentary breakfast service was excellent with personal attention if the hotel owner.
