Room was not cleaned. We were given another room. Cold water did not work in bathroom sink. Breakfast is terrible

Tried contacting them to get my money back as I had an emergency and could not stay there for the night. Very unprofessional people and need to contact them again to get my refund back as I bought insurance.

Basic no frills hotel. Great for a one night stay while traveling. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect for an affordable late night stay near the airport hotel is dated but staff were lovely

Microtel has always been a reliable brand. They are relatively new compared to other chains. The price is always fair.

The staff was very pleasant during our stay and the room was clean and a nice size and had all the amenities we needed (microwave, fridge and even a nice little seat in the window). The soundproofing could be a bit better but no one was overly noisy during our stay.
