"Compare to what we experienced last year with other facilities Hernan palm was the best so far . From the transport port to the hotel, no stress at all. The foods are delicious and the staff are superb. Over all love the place and the room with direct access to the pool. See you again soon 👍"

"The best! World class service from staff, cleanliness, dining, bora activities! Family friendly! Everything you need is there if you go on vacation. You really feel you are on “vacation”. They also have transportation airport/resort vice versa. Food is great, enjoy good quality breakfast buffet which is “included” in your stay. I can say they offer one of the NICEST hospitality you could ever have in a lifetime. Keep up GOOD WORK HENANN PRIME! "
