Karambunai 4 Stars Hotels

"We made two separate visits within the same week. Welcome was very different. First time no welcome porters and we carried own luggage in and up to our room. Receptionists were more formal and treated it more like a business. Second we had a great experience- were greeted by porters who carried bags in and took up to our rooms. Reception gave a very warm greeting and very chatty. Breakfast was great with wide selection of food. Pool was nice and clean with few people using it. We couldn’t find anyone to get towels from though. Hotel was clean throughout. Rooms were nice and big. Our request for maintenance was met within a few minutes and simple problem solved. Great location for the mall which you could access straight from the hotel. "

"The breakfast was probably the worst thing I have ever been served. We didn’t order it again. The hotel is very simple, nothing luxurious but okay for the price. It had Netflix and a kitchen/ sofa which was nice. "
