Nice convenient place near the main Zurich train station. Front desk staff is super helpful and very friendly. Price leaves something to be desired, but that is the cost of such a great location.

Great location near the train station, river views, and lots of dining and shopping. Great bar (with great service). No in-room coffee or tea. All in a “galley” on the floor which was often left a mess with garbage. Also tried (with other guests too) to get actual hot water on 2 floors to make instant coffee or tea and couple only get warm water, which doesn’t work. So for 3 of us each day needed to go out and buy coffee. Breakfast option is expensive without any hot foods so we skipped.
