We rolled in from the airport for one night. They were out of the queen rooms so upgraded us to a king room. We were glad there was a nice restaurant (the food was great!) and that there was door to door service to and from the airport.

Had a poor experience due to a long wait at check-in. Despite checking in online a day before arriving and telling the hotel the time of my arrival, we needed to wait and hour and 20 minutes for our room to be ready. Additionally, after we arrived, tour busses arrived and those guests also needed to wait for a long time for their rooms. This was not good considering this is a 'premium' hotel. The hotel was also busy at night meaning that there was always a wait to speak with someone at the reception desk. Some staff members were helpful, but others appeard confused or had some attitude when speaking to guests. Also, the food at this hotel is quite expensive. Im not sure if i would stay here again or recommend it to others.

Not the cleanest property and looks pretty old. Location is convenient for the airport and staff is helpful.

The AC didn’t work and when asked for a fan we were promised two and they never brought them up. Bathroom was a little dirty. Walls were extremely thin and we could hear the people next door. Check in staff was not as helpful
