Property was nice, but room was way too small, couldn’t have 2 suit cases open at the same time. Seemed to be short staffed at times, and no AC!

Good location. All Zürich is expensive but the room was small, amenities were bare bones, pillows were thin and only 2 small ones on the bed so if two people are sleeping in the bed, it’s next to nothing for head support. Room was clean but tiny, shower was nice. For the price I would shop around more before staying here again. Short walk to the main area, but this hotel is a few blocks out of the way so seems like the area shuts down earlier than it really does.

Lovely bar area where we sat in the evening playing cards. Room was nice but on the smaller side. Good facilities. Currently has a building site next door so was a little noisy.

Small room typical of Zurich. Clean, great shower. Coffee machine in lobby opens at 10:30?!? 10 minutes walk to train stay

Property is nice for a day or 2 tops. There were a couple issues. Yamei went above & beyond to make everything good. Her kindness & smile warms the room. The evening bartender was a bit rude, like I was asking too much from her to do her job by giving me ice. Overall it is a good stay for the area. Rooms are very hot so open up the windows & grab a fan
