Thanks for your review! We are located at the top of ShiZhao, which surrounded by beautiful tea plantations and mountains view. There are also five different hiking trails nearby our B&B. Do visit us in different seasons to enjoy different views. Hope to see you again~

Beautiful indeed
Posted 5 Jul 2020 on HotelsVery beautiful hotel and view. The looks of it is very relaxing. Very accomodating host. They pick me up in the Shizhou bus stop and drop me off the next day. There's a nearest tea plantation trail, sunset trail and sunrise trail. Hotpot dinner is great.

This was our 3rd stay at this property this year (in 4 months), and we drove 4 hours from Taipei to enjoy this piece of paradise, which we never got tired of! The property is now predictably good and feels like home now :-).

The scenery around the property is amazing. There are many tea garden trails in the adjacent areas that are excellent for hiking and exploring. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Hi, thanks for your review. We are located at the top of ShiZhao, where surrounded by tea plantations and beautiful mountains view. Our owner has over 30 years of tea making experience and we produce the famous high mountain oolong tea here. Besides that, there are 5 different walking trails available nearby for exploration. Sunrise can be watched at the back of our B&B with 30-40 minutes walk. Sunset, sea of cloud, star gazing, etc can be watched at the rooftop of Aliscenery or just walk out from traditional wooden courtyard house and you will get to enjoy the great view. We were not made to feel welcome. Children were left out to play loudly outside of our room until about 8 pm in an area that seemed like the family compound. Not what we thought we reserved. A staff member did pick us up and drop us off promptly at the local bus stop which we appreciated.

Hi Bob, first of all we are regret for what you had experienced. From what you mentioned, we assume that you were staying at the traditional wooden courtyard house and the area that you mentioned is actually the seating area/common area for everyone. We are very much concerned about the volume as it is extremely silent at night living in the mountain area, hence we will always advise all to keep their volume down after 9pm. If you are unsure about your reservation, you can always write in to confirm with us. We are more than happy to explain further and send you reference photos. Yup, free pick up service is available once per day after 3pm at ShiZhao or Fenchihu bus station if you are taking public transport. We are just 10-15 minutes away from both locations. Located at the top of ShiZhao, surrounded with tea plantations and beautiful mountains view. Great place for nature, photo and tea lovers. Last but not least, thanks for visiting us anyway! A paradise high on the hills.
Posted 16 Feb 2020 on HotelsAlishan B&B Yunmingi perched high on the hills and is in close vicinity to the regional scenic trail system. We stayed in the more historic part of the B&B and fully enjoyed the view and many unique high-altitude plants in the courtyard. The room, though historic, has been modernized with comfort and conveniences. The B&B runs like a well-managed hotel, with attention to details, but all the warmth and personal touches of a B&B. We loved it!
