The hotel needs a lot of work old mattress, stained sheets, dirty walls, kids upstairs being loud

room badly needs deep cleaning and renovating
Posted 23 Nov 2022 on HotelsTheir toilet was filled with limescale which was really disappointing. They didn't even inform us that we need to inform them before they will clean the room so our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days as we just turned on the make up room switch. The staff were okay. After a couple of days, their lift was out of order so we needed to take the stairs every time and it was really a struggle on the day of our check out as we had 3 large luggages. Thankfully, the security guard was kind enough to help us bring our stuff at the reception area after I asked him.

Solo First trip to Zamboanga
Posted 16 Jun 2022 on HotelsMy stay at Winzelle suites was marvelous. I enjoyed the silence and calmness of the area. The lift was so modern and silent. It was really a great holiday.. The accessibility right deep in the center of the city with abundant public transport, well respectful, helpful and dedicated professional staff. Without a doubt, i will be back even though the internet was not as great as it should be..

Visitor was not allowed because of covid-19 pandemic or what? We have to stay in the lobby which is not so big the space is small, no elevator-out of order
