We appreciate the feedback from your past stay! I’m sorry that your recent visit with us was not up to par. As you may know providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and hearing we have fallen below that standard is something we like to address immediately. I can imagine that our inability to accommodate you with a quieter room started your stay with us off on the wrong foot. We loved our stay at The Estate Yountville. The property was calm and peaceful, extremely accommodating, the food and drinks delicious, all at a location that can’t be beat.

I’ve been to this property before and it was nice. But that was when the prices were reasonable. Now with over 1k per night I would expect a better service and better food.
Upon arrival they couldn’t find my reservation and because it was under my maiden name and I didn’t have id on my maiden name the reception manager didn’t want to let me in.
The room was ok, very dark, few dim lights. The fireplace and safe were not working.
At breakfast area there was a shortage of staff and there were plenty of dirty tables with no place to sit, the only person for 100 guests was a barmen.
The food was below average, not fries and Safeway quality.
Last but not least - the fountain near our room was dirty without water.
On the plus side - I only liked the walkability and pool area.
