Fantastic location - 3 minute walk from subway/train station, McDonald’s just 2 minutes outside, attached shopping. Room décor very outdated. Nice firm bed but space design not very smart. No drawers whatsoever to store stuff. From our room on 39th floor, the view of Yokohama city is wonderful

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel which included the buffet breakfast. Excellent selection of food and vegetables. Very well organized with helpful staff. We highly recommend this hotel.

The 3 pm check in is set in stone …rooms are small and not great communication from staff .hotel is well placed in that it’s right next to key rail connections .Plenty of food options in the neighbourhood .

Hotel was very convenient for our vacation. All the hotel staff were incredibly helpful they made our stay easy and enjoyable. Next tim in Shin-Yokohama we will stay there again.
