This is a great location and concept! No more space than needed, but very thoughtful with use of space and amenities. The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). Beautiful spaces that were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

The location is everything. Being so close to a station with good access is wonderful. After dragging my suitcases around during my entire trip I was thrilled at the convenience of having the hotel almost inside the station. The hotel is clean and the amenities were great. I was surprised to see so many Dyson appliances in the hotel room as well. I think the cost performance for this hotel is great and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at JR east hotel. The location is very convenient, across the street of Sakuragicho station & air cabin station. There's a restaurant, convenient store & Starbucks downstairs. The room is very clean & cozy & has all the amenities we need. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we go to Yokohama

Great location, very affordable, clean and with all necessary amenities. Room had a slight but noticeable smell that got better when the air conditioner was running but was noticeable throughout - only minor downside to the stay. Otherwise fantastic for a 1 week business stay. Staff very helpful and nice as well.
