Convenient location. Easy to walk everywhere. Older property but in good condition, clean and tidy. Very friendly host.

Good value - which is probably why it is often booked out. Good location - only short walk to beach and Yeppoon Lagoon. Renovated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great kitchenette with microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

Disappointing stay - dated and noisy!
This accomodation is basic and dated. The check in was satisfactory. Unfortunately our sleep was disturbed both nights by other guests or resident staff shouting and arguing most of the night and nothing was done to stop this. I would not recommend or stay at this accomodation again.
