Fantastic place, right in the middle of the park. Although there were many buildings, our stay in the cabins was superb. The cabins were large enough and the bathrooms were also very nice. Very nice and cosy environment. Only downside, is the need to go to the main lodge and food area, which is about half a mile away for all food requirements. Also, despite the steep charge, the breakfast is not part of the package. Little limited options of vegetarian food. Overall, we had a great experience.

The check in process was timely and our room wasn't ready until 8pm. Very busy, food options aren't great. I enjoyed staying outside of the park more than inside.

Nice property in a convenient location within Yellowstone. Rated the staff/service as 3 stars as there were over 20 people in line to check in with only 2 hotel staff. The gal that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming.

Not worth the expense. We were not impressed. Room tiny. Cafe food blah and expensive. Best thing was location close to Lamar Valley.

Cabin in the woods but not what I booked. No internet in cabin. Cold at night , heating so loud it woke us up 5 times a night !! Not the best experience, when I mentioned it to staff they didn’t seem bothered. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again

Excellent place, just a bit pricey for my taste. My only problem was the attitude of the receptionist left much to be desired but the hotel has the best location in all of Yellowstone Park in my opinion.
