It’s in a great location right near the ocean and the in-house restaurant is amazing! Very convenient after a day of traveling. However, the rooms have no air conditioning so you’ll have to open the windows AND curtains to cool off. You have to sacrifice privacy to cool off. The rooms have been updated with new fixtures but the shiplap wall in my room was still pretty beat up with holes and a few odds n ends around the resort could also use some make up. For the price in the area, it’s definitely worth the stay. Only for a couple days though. I can only hope the resort will invest more money into their property for the guests comfort. I know a mini split and a new shiplap wall isn’t cheap but it would elevate this resort from a mid 3/5 to above a 4/5.

The setting of the hotel is in a magnificent coastal area, it has trails by the waterfront bluff, in summer time must be amazing. The property was under construction at the time we arrived that night, there was no mention of this on the website not in Expedia when we were booking. Our rooms were aged and the locks did not work well yo the balcony, the latch on the front door was broken, it was nothing like the pictures online. We wished this construction issue was mentioned so we avoid staying over this time and perhaps returning in summer. Additionally, when I was selecting the rooms it showed one price, and when splitting the charges with out friends for their room, I realized that I was charged more than the listed price.

The view was amazing. The picture of the rooms on the website showed two chairs and a table by the window. There was only one uncomfortable chair in the room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at The Adobe Resort in Yachats, OR and the experience was fabulous overall. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view, with the hotel situated right up close to the ocean. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves was truly amazing. The rooms seemed to have been renovated, offering modern amenities and a comfortable stay. However, there were a few downsides. The Wi-Fi on the television wasn't working, which meant I couldn't access Netflix. Additionally, some areas of the property seemed to be in need of major updates, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, the overall experience was wonderful, and I would definitely go back again for the unbeatable ocean views and the location so close to town!!!

Paper thin walls. Could hear kids running in rooms and up and down halls. No convenient ice maker on 2d floor. Rooms had no heater in bathroom, fireplace did not operate, thermostat did not operate. Nice view. Out-dated bathroom toilet. Just too little for the price. There are better otions.

The views are stunning from the ocean front rooms and the bar and dining room. Very relaxing to just stay, without even going anywhere else.
