Our stay at Ritz Carlton Xi'an was truly exceptional, thanks to the impeccable service provided by Chief Concierge, Edward Miao. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure that every aspect of our stay was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. From the moment we arrived, all our requests were promptly attended to, leaving us feeling completely at ease and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

Amazing stay

A special thanks to Edward in concierge and Rianna in guest services for going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The rooms were typical RC perfection and the food in the restaurant/room service was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel and if we ever come back we would absolutely stay here!

While traveling in China over two weeks, I tried six hotels, which included multiple Ritz Carltons and a Four Seasons and this hotel by far was my favourite experience. This hotel surpassed all expectations as it relates to room quality and style. The staff was great, but their were occasionally language barriers, which was not the case at other hotels. The service has a whole was good and I cannot recommendation this hotel enough.

New, modern hotel. Excellent staff keen to impress. Views our lovely of Xi'an city skyline. Nice spa facilities. Hotel was basically faultless, would be surprised if there is a better hotel in Xi'an.
