非常好的酒店，可以俯瞰西安的夜景，酒店工作人员非常热情，各项设施都很好，并且帮我们免费升级了房间，是一次愉快的入住体验，下次还会选择这家酒店

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms
Posted 7 Sep 2019 on HotelsLovely hotel with opulent public rooms, and spacious well appointed bedrooms.
Situated a little outside the ancient city centre - about a twenty minute walk to the City South Gate.
Food good - the buffet dinner in the Zhuque excellent. The CP staff were helpful, despite the language barrier - an English speaker was usually made available when needed. Concierges were particularly obliging.
51st floor bar worth a visit, especially at night.
Highly recommended.

Good service
Posted 29 Jul 2019 on HotelsIt was a very comfortable stay for our family trip. The front desk and the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of good choices. Only problem is the pool is not the hotel managed facility, the water and towels are not clean and poorly maintained. It’s mainly the swim lesson program for the kids who are not staying at the hotel.
