Excellent hotel, spacious rooms

Lovely hotel with opulent public rooms, and spacious well appointed bedrooms. Situated a little outside the ancient city centre - about a twenty minute walk to the City South Gate. Food good - the buffet dinner in the Zhuque excellent. The CP staff were helpful, despite the language barrier - an English speaker was usually made available when needed. Concierges were particularly obliging. 51st floor bar worth a visit, especially at night. Highly recommended.

Good service

It was a very comfortable stay for our family trip. The front desk and the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of good choices. Only problem is the pool is not the hotel managed facility, the water and towels are not clean and poorly maintained. It’s mainly the swim lesson program for the kids who are not staying at the hotel.
